You choose what to hand over, and when. Materials are used only for the agreed engagement, returned or destroyed at close at your direction, and never reused across clients. A mutual NDA precedes any work.
Your business decisions, data, and work products remain yours. spgFix’s methodology, models, and scoring remain spgFix’s. We do not disclose client identity, engagement scope, or results publicly without written permission, and we name results only with verified engagement paperwork on file.
A one-page confidential handling summary is available on request for vendor review. It describes materials handling, NDA terms, IP boundaries, and the no-access architecture in procurement language. Request it through your normal channel.
