Lowell has spent more than 35 years inside complex, high-stakes environments — including construction, telecom, aviation, enterprise technology, and Fortune organizations — defining outcomes, de-risking programs, building clarity systems, and turning strategic ambition into aligned execution.

He has directly influenced industries and markets by advancing server-clustering innovations at Intel; pushing Oracle database technologies downstream to departmental Intel servers; decoding Microsoft’s competitive operating-system positioning matrix; launching Comcast’s first televised exhibition match supporting a nonprofit soccer association with the Seattle Sounders; creating a satellite Wi-Fi testing blueprint that enabled Alaska Airlines’ first satellite Wi-Fi flight; leading T-Mobile’s provider API strategy implementation for national partners; serving on IBM’s national consulting team for managing partners on the West Coast; leading airline M&A initiatives; publishing as an author; launching new businesses; and inventing — and solely coding — the full-stack, production-ready Clarity Engine platform.
